Our quickie classes range from 5 to 24 minutes, the perfect solution for when you have a tight schedule or simply prefer quick, efficient and effective workouts. You can choose from body part-specific classes or full body and sculpt classes to target your goals. Slow + Controlled quickies are beginner-friendly, providing a more mindful pace, while our other quickie classes are geared towards an intermediate to advanced level, offering a faster pace and greater intensity.
