The TSS Bridal Program includes 8-weeks of effective, results-driven full body sculpting workouts to help you feel strong, empowered and confident on your big day! Our guided fitness plan will sculpt and tone your arms, booty, legs and abs with spicy workouts ranging from 5-45 minutes, leaving you feeling stronger, more energized and accomplished after each class. Choose from the beginner track or the intermediate/advanced track and progressively build strength and confidence throughout your entire body, all while having fun working out! Each week you’ll get a mix of strength-building full body workouts, mood-lifting dance cardio classes, and quickie workouts to target specific muscle groups.

Coupled with inspiring wellness chats from The Sculpt Society's founder, Megan Roup, exclusive advice from wedding industry experts including Zola, London Jewelers, Jennifer Behr and Elizabeth Fillmore, plus a downloadable program journal filled with healthy recipes, motivating reminders + tips and tools, the TSS Bridal Program has everything you need to achieve your fitness goals and feel your best on your wedding day.

    1 small sweet potato
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 eggs hardboiled
    2 cups kale
    1/4 cup avocado
    3-4 tbsp salsa
