1 15oz. can chickpeas, rinsed
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp dried dill
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp lemon pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, add chickpeas, olive oil, and all spices, and stir to coat.
- Spread them out in an even layer on a baking sheet with a liner or parchment, and bake for 40 minutes, flipping after 20 minutes.
- Let cool for 20 minutes, then store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
