INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1 clove garlic
3 cups frozen spinach
1 12oz jar artichokes
DIRECTIONS:
1. Chop the garlic into small pieces
2. In a bowl, mix the garlic, cream cheese, yogurt, and parmesan cheese
together and season with salt and pepper
3. Chop the artichokes into small pieces
4. Add the artichokes and frozen spinach to the mixture
5. Add the mixture into an oven safe dish and top with the cheese
6. Place in the oven at 350 for around 20 minutes
7. Broil at the end if needed for a crispier top layer!
