INGREDIENTS:
1 frozen banana
1 cup milk (even lactose free milk!)
1 cup cold brew
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp yogurt (to decorate inside of the cup)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Prepare the Cup: Using a spoon or spatula, spread the yogurt on the inside walls of your serving cup in a swirled pattern.
2. Blend the Shake: In a blender, combine the frozen banana, milk, cold brew coffee, almond butter, ground cinnamon, and a handful of ice. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more ice for a thicker consistency if desired.
3. Assemble: Remove the prepared cup from the freezer and pour the blended coffee shake into the cup.
4. Optional Garnishes: Top with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, a drizzle of almond butter, or a dollop of yogurt if desired.
5. Serve: Enjoy immediately with a straw or spoon for a creamy, energizing treat!
