To help take the guesswork out of your workout routine, this program includes a 4-week guided calendar of workouts that will sculpt and tone your arms, booty, legs and abs with workouts ranging from 5-23 minutes and does not include dance cardio sequences. With our stackable class options, you can mix and match the length of your workout each day.

Whether you have low energy or just a few minutes between meetings or Zoom calls, knowing you have the option to move your body for just a few minutes can completely change the course of your day.
