Alicia Robbins is a board-certified OBGYN, diplomat of the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine and a certified menopause practitioner (MSCP). She completed all her training at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in NYC and was full time faculty there. She is the founder of The Elm-a women’s health practice which specializes in gynecology, hormones, peri/menopause, sexual health, longevity and Lifestyle Medicine. The Elm is located in Greenwich, CT with a second location in Westport. She has been a guest on many podcasts and is quoted in the new book “Millennial Menopause.” She has been featured in Women’s Health, Allure Magazine, Elle Magazine, The New York Times,
National Geographic, Parent Magazine, ABC News and others. She is the host of the new podcast with Dr. Lucky Sekhon called “Call Your Doctor” which launches in March 2026. In her free time she enjoys pilates, hot yoga, reading and spending time in the countryside of southern Arizona where she is from.
