Welcome to The Sculpt Society! We’re so glad you’re here! Below you’ll find our recommendations for getting started on the app, answers to frequently asked questions, and helpful information so you can begin your new workout routine with confidence!
WONDERING WHERE TO START?
Before jumping right in, our recommendation would be to first take the Personalized Workout Finder questionnaire to help you discover the perfect classes and programs for you to get started with based on your specific interests and fitness level.
Be sure to watch the Sculpt Breakdown and Dance Cardio Breakdown videos located under the “New! Get Started Here!” section to help you perfect your technique. These videos will teach you our go-to dance moves step-by-step, along with broken down instructions for proper form, and tips for modifications so that you'll feel confident in every class!
Our TSS trainers go live at minimum 2-3 days a week. If you cannot make the live class, you have the option to watch the recording of the live class at a later time. The recording of each live class is available for 5-7 days post-recording and can be found under the “LIVE VIDEO” section on the app.
Check the TSS Instagram page or the "WEEKLY GUIDE" within the app for the live schedule each week. The live class schedule is updated every Sunday night.
NEW ON-DEMAND CLASSES
Every Monday a new on-demand class is released on the app in addition to the weekly live classes. We are constantly rotating between each class types so you will always have something new to look forward to each week!
WEEKLY GUIDE + PROGRAMS
Find motivation and consistency in your fitness routine with my unique collection of programs, curated to accommodate various interests and fitness levels. All programs include a guided calendar that tells you which class to do each day, removing the guesswork out of picking a workout each day. Learn more about what each program entails by clicking on the program and reading the description beneath the title. We highly suggest printing out the calendar to help you stay on track. Plus, you’ll love crossing off each day you complete!
Not ready to commit to a program? Eliminate decision fatigue by following our Weekly Guide. The Weekly Guide is updated each week and offers a suggested class for each day of the week.

What is the difference between 30min Sculpt and 30min Full Body classes?
The difference is that the 30min Sculpt classes only have arms, booty and abs sequences. The 30min Full Body classes include a standing legs series and dance cardio (unless the class is titled "no cardio") in addition to arms, booty and ab exercises.
Why is the trainer doing the opposite side than they are instructing?
Our trainers teach class by doing the opposite leg to what they instruct so that it has a mirror effect to you, meaning if you are looking at the screen, it looks like you're moving in the same direction as the trainer. They always start with the right and then do the left side of whatever exercise they are instructing. So when in doubt, start with the right leg.
Is there a way for me to see which workouts I have completed?
Unfortunately, at this time the app is unable to track the classes you have completed. As an alternative, you can use the “My List” feature or print off the Class Tracker Sheets to note which classes you have done. The Class Tracker Record sheets can be located at the very bottom of the 30min Dance Cardio, 30min Sculpt, 30min Full Body and 45-50min Full Body categories under “Extras”.
