Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups almond milk
1 banana
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup strawberries
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp greek yogurt
1 cup fresh spinach (optional)
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Using a spoon, smear the yogurt along the insides of the glass.
- Pour in your smoothie and enjoy!
