Train with heavier weights as we show you a new way to sculpt. This four-week program includes 4 classes a week—2 strength and 2 sculpt/full body—designed to maximize cross-training benefits. We will be guiding you every step of the way as you combine low-impact sculpting with strength training, for big payoffs. *For days that display two workouts, choose the Slow & Controlled class if you are a beginner or the Sculpt/Full Body class if you are an intermediate-advanced member.
