The calendar is here to support you - however, as always, listen to your body and what you need. My recommendation is that you commit to 4-6 days a week of The Sculpt Society - whether that is a 5min quickie or a 50min Full Body. With consistency you'll start to see and feel the difference!

    EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
    Two Dumbbells, recommended weight below:
    Beginner: 5-8lbs
    Intermediate: 8-10lbs
    Advanced: 12-15lbs
    We recommend having two sets of dumbbells available should you wish to switch between weights throughout class.
