Beginner: 5-8lbs
Inter: 8-10lbs
Adv: 12-15lbs
We recommend having two sets of dumbbells available should you wish to switch between weights throughout class.
CLASS PLAN:
Warm Up 4min of warmup stretch
Set 1: Chest + Core Series
chest Press, adds leg extension for core work, then chest fly
Set 2: Legs + Arms Series
deadlift , alternating lunges, adds bicep curl, rows
Set 3: Legs + Shoulder Series
squats, adds shoulder press with a twist, swing clean, curtsey squat
Set 4: Leg Series
Lateral lunge, dumbell pass
