This schedule includes LIVE classes for the week, as well as suggested on-demand videos if you can't make the LIVE.
The calendar is here to support you - however, as always, listen to your body and what you need. My recommendation is that you commit to 4-6 days a week of The Sculpt Society - whether that is a 5min Quickie or a 50min Full Body. With consistency you'll start to see and feel the difference!
