Dr. Lucky is a double board-certified OB/GYN, reproductive endocrinologist, and fertility expert based in New York City. Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, she completed her undergraduate degree at McGill University in Montreal, earned her MD at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, and then moved to New York City to complete her OB/GYN residency at Mount Sinai Hospital.
At the age of 34, Dr. Lucky underwent IVF for the purpose of freezing embryos, preserving the ability to continue building her family in the future. As a reproductive-aged woman who, like many others, delayed having children to pursue career goals, she is passionate about spreading awareness of reproductive health and empowering women with evidence-based information on their fertility. Her own experiences with fertility treatments, pregnancy, and the postpartum period have deepened her understanding as a doctor, giving her a clear perspective on what information is most valuable to women at various stages of their reproductive journey.
