Continue building strength and challenging yourself with Part 2 of the TSS Advanced Program! In this program you’ll follow a four-week calendar of 45-minute full body, high-intensity workouts that will sculpt and tone your body from head to toe. Each week you’ll be guided through 5 workout days that will improve your strength, flexibility, and endurance along with 2 rest days to allow your body the recovery time it needs between workouts.
You can expect to repeat two classes twice a week and have one day of selecting from the recommended workouts of the day. We've specifically crafted this program with repetition in mind so that you can progressively build strength and see your fitness level improving as you go. By repeating a workout, you will see and feel the powerful results of repetition: growing stronger, more confident in class and having more fun with your workouts.
