The 30-Day Kickstart Challenge was designed to empower you to find new motivation and consistently show up for yourself and your body in 2023. This 4-week challenge features two unique tracks for people of all fitness levels to enjoy. Choose from the Slow + Controlled track, which focuses on low-impact workouts at a slower, more approachable pace, or the more intensive Intermediate/ Advanced track. Whichever route you choose, you're guaranteed to have fun while improving your strength, flexibility, and endurance.
