LIVE CLASSES
Our TSS trainers go live at minimum 2-3 days a week. If you cannot make the live class, you have the option to watch the recording of the live class at a later time. Once a live has ended it takes 1-2 hours to transcode and will be uploaded to this category. The recording of each live class is available for 5-7 days post-recording and can be found under the “LIVE CLASSES” section on the app. Check the TSS Instagram page or the ""WEEKLY GUIDE"" within the app for the live schedule each week. The live class schedule is updated every Sunday night.
