The True Beginner Sculpt Program is designed for those new to TSS or new to low-impact sculpting. This program will ease you into full body sculpt workouts, making them fun, simple, and easy to follow. You’ll follow an eight-week guided calendar of low impact body sculpting classes that are designed to get you comfortable with new movements, gain strength, and see real results!
