2LB or 3LB hand weights
Welcome to your 10min Quickie dance cardio class. This workout will be repeating dance cardio routines learned in Dance Cardio classes 01-04, so make sure you know those dances beforehand. Have fun and remember, it doesn't have to be perfect!
