Hi, I'm deciding whether or not his this is the right kind of workouts for me. I an not interested in cardio workouts- I prefer to get my cardio through running. Are there enough workouts that are focused mainly on scultping without the cardio part? thanks!
So happy you're here! Most of the TSS app doesn't have cardio - the only classes with cardio are 30min dance cardio, quickie dance cardio and some Full Bodies ( although only 1-2 songs that you can easily skip) -- the rest are all low impact sculpt. Like everyone else said, there are quickie full bodies and Full bodies without cardio, but those with cardio you can always fasts-forward through since there are only 1-2 songs. 30min Sculpt would be a great class for you to try and the quickie full bodies with no cardio.
