I've just signed up and using the videos without any equipment/weights yet.
Just wondering if anyone has recommendations for the best type of hand weights/weights to start off with for the arm movements in the beginner exercises?

2-3lb weights are ideal. But if you find that’s too much stick to 1lbs. You can also substitute for household items like water bottles.
