Hello!
I've been doing TSS workouts for a few months now, and am loving them! I've recently been doing more 45 min full body workouts and am realizing I'm not sure if I'm wearing the right shoes. I'm wearing an old pair of Nike running shoes. I've never been one to buy sneakers for a specific workout, but I'm doing them so often, thinking it might be worth the investment.
Wondering what people recommend... running vs trainers? Is there a major difference? Any specific brands that are good for both the dance cardio and more balance and sculpt?
Would appreciate any recs people can provide.
