After years of inconsistency, I found the Sculpt Society and am loving it. The only thing is, I've been doing the workouts barefoot to muffle the sounds of my hopping around each day for my downstairs neighbors. Is there a benefit to doing them in sneakers? Coming from a dance background, I feel more stable on my bare feet than in clunky sneakers. After my cardio today though, I was left with blisters on the bottoms of my toes! Has anyone else experienced something similar? Should I maybe be doing the workouts in sneakers instead? Thanks in advance!
