Is there a way to keep track of your progress on the available calendars? (i.e. mark off the days you completed). Or is it only a pdf to print out and physically check off?

I printed the calendar and write my progress❤️I don’t know if there is a tracking tool❤️
As of now, you can check them off by printing the pdf - but I’ve also seen clients check them off virtually via Instagram stories.

I save mine as a screenshot on my phone (as a favorite) and then use photo markup to check off my days. I love the calendars!
Hi! Re: the Calendar for Week 2: Does Quickie Full Body 02 mean doing a Quickie and then Full Body 02 workout? There are no Quickie Full Body 02 work outs for Week 2, unless I'm reading it wrong.

In week 2 Quickie Full body 02 is the Quickie Full Body (no cardio) in the list of workouts provided in week 2.
