Hi Megan, sometimes when doing some of the combos that is supposed to target the side glute I feel like my hip flexors take over and it makes it almost hard to continue the full combo.
I am a pretty active person and recently have been doing your workouts almost consistently for a few months about 5-6 times a week. (Love them :) ) I do try to stretch more when I start to feel this pain, but I wanted to see if you have any other recommendations.
For an example I just did the 30 minute sculpt 12 today and the second combo is when I started to feel it the most.
