Hi, I'm new to sculpt society, so far loving it!
I am really struggling with the ab work though, I'm getting a lot of neck pain or tense upper back. I'm trying really hard to not pull my neck and keep my chest up but still seems to be uncomfortable. Is this something that just needs to be worked on and improves as muscles get stronger? I'm having a similar problem with keeping my lower back on the floor. If anyone's got any tips to improve either, it would be greatly appreciated!! At the minute I'm just avoiding ab work, but it's an area I really want to work on! Thank you!
