just started TSS and have loved it! Managed to sprain my ankle on hike last weekend so was wondering if you had any suggestions for workouts/modifications that don't require pressure on the ankle?
Hey Anna, ugh I’m just getting over my sprained ankle. Honestly you have so many options. I would do 30min sculpts, you can take the standing arms down to your knees if you don’t want to stand. Any of the quickie arms + butt work too.
