I have just discovered your app this week and I absolutely love it! I have been doing full body 40-50 minutes workout everyday. I used to do Tracy Anderson Method before discovering your app. Tracy’s advanced workouts are between 60-75 minutes long. I used to do her Advanced program 6 days a week and plan on doing same with your program too. I would love to know what you recommend as ideal length of time we should workout everyday with your plan?
