Hi I was just wondering if you will be going back to adding numbered dance cardio, 30 min sculpt and 50 min sculpts? I like to follow the same sequence as the 4 week program but the videos only go up at 7 weeks as of right now. Thanks!
There are 11 full body, 10 sculpts and 8
Dance cardio. I will always continue to add a new video on Monday’s. Don’t be scared to create, for example, a 30min sculpt with 3 quickies. You can combine quickies to make longer sequences.
