Please make sure you are cleared by you doctor to workout. In addition to prenatal I have bunch of other regular sculpt and beginner sculpt workouts you can do. I would modify
-no abs on back
- planks
- no sliders
- no twisting
I’d take advantage of those quickie workouts and pair them together ( for example, quickie arms + quickie legs)
Or any of the sculpt (with the modifications mentioned above in mind)
If anything feels off, modify, you always go slower if I’m going too fast

What about the dance cardio portion/routines? I’m entering my 2nd trimester and it’s such a great way to get the heart rate up but feel so much less intensive than running.
