Hi Apple watch users! I wanted to know what you guys log the "Dance Cardio" workouts as on your watched?? I was considering other but I have no idea. Also, how about the sculpt? HIIT?
I always use the "other" and it seems to log comparable calories to other more specific workouts.
I select "other for dance cardio as well! For sculpt specific workouts I'll typically select pilates/barre as a comparable workout.
Hi, usually do High intensity work out.
I ussually do mixed or dance for the cardio and functional training for sculpt. When its a full body I;m not sure? HIIT?
I use Dance for Dance Cardo - the HIIT workout doesn't always register properly and doesn't count the whole time towards your exercise ring
I usually log dance cardio as "Dance" and sculpt/quickie classes as "Pilates" or "Barre"
