This month’s Fall Focus Challenge features targeted strength training to work specific muscle groups and get back in your fitness groove after summer. Each week consists of exercises pinpointing a specific area of the body—upper body (back + arms), booty, core, and legs + inner thighs—with an overall focus on building strength and making movement a priority heading into the cooler months. In addition to our weekly on-demand and live workouts, this guided workout plan recommends quickie workouts for each day of the week to stack and fit into your busy fall schedule. Over the course of the 4-week challenge, you’ll start to see results as you strengthen and lengthen different muscle groups—and kick off the new season feeling strong and confident.
