    Welcome to your 30min dance cardio workout. In this workout you will learn a short combo, sculpt your legs and abs in the middle and end with dance cardio.

    Episode 3

    Welcome to your Full body 45min workout. This workout combines follow along dance cardio and sculpting. You will work your arms, legs, abs and butt for a total body burn.
